Nestled in Mesquite, Texas, Nimp’s To Go produces culinary delights in a state of the art commercial kitchen. Opened since January 2009, at Nimps’ the head Chef is Laneadrick “Nick” Ford, Alumni of El Centro College Culinary Arts program. Nimps’ has Cajun roots from its signature crawfish etouffee to its Cajun fried fish. Nimps’ Soul food Sunday derives from its Southern roots with their down home Famous Dressing to their delicious Oxtails. Nimps’ catering division offers several options from American classics to Mexican-inspired dishes that can be tailored to fit special needs
