Samuell Farm (South) Park visitors can enjoy fishing at two freshwater ponds open to the public. Largemouth Bass, Channel Catfish, Rainbow Trout, and Sunfish. There is a pond at the Samuell Farm North Park also. North Mesquite Creek feeds the ponds and runs throughout the parks. Ducks and ducklings can be seen at the pond.
