Mixed-use project joining Mesquite's landmark rodeo complex

Centurion American is one of North Texas' biggest real estate developers, doing everything from suburban residential communities to redevelopment (including downtown Dallas' historic Statler Hotel!) and now they are moving ahead with a major project next to the historic Mesquite Rodeo.

The multi-million, 56-acre project will have new homes, retail, restaurant, and office space. Plus, $4 million in upgrades will be invested into the rodeo complex during the overall project.

The Iron Horse Village, as it has officially been named, will include hundreds of homes, townhouses, and single-family bungalows priced between $235,400 and $310,000. Not to mention the 130,000 sf of retail and commercial space.

Learn what Centurion American CEO Mehrdad Moayedi has to say about the project and the historic importance of Mesquite's rodeo arena.
