Opal Lawrence Historical Park

Don’t miss the rare painted ceilings in the Opal Lawrence house, centerpiece of the Opal Lawrence Historical Park, depicting the agricultural lifestyle of one of Mesquite’s earliest families. You can also see a late 1800s barn, a log cabin and a nature trail. The park is also the location for the headquarters of Historic Mesquite, Inc. in the historic Noah Range house.

Tour Information

The park is open Tuesday through Friday from 10:30 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. General admission - $5 for adults; $3 for children ages 3 to 12; children 3 years and under are free with an adult. Please check in at the Noah Range house to tour.

Special times – Fourth Saturday of the month, except November and December, 10 a.m. to 1 p.m.; $3 flat fee for everyone; no family pays more than $8.
