Rosi's Salvadoran Fusion Cuisine

Rosi's famous "pupusas" began to create a buzz in the kitchen of a local church in East Dallas where Rosi used to make them for fundraisers. Everyone soon fell in love with them and would suggest the couple open a "Pupuseria" (a place where they sell pupusas.)

In 2005, Jesus and Rosalina where able to open the first Rosi's Pupuseria in Garland. Eight years later, after much success and demand, they opened a second location in Mesquite.

Rosi's Pupuseria has evolved; adding amazing tasting food to their menu. Rosis is working on expanding, and making amazing "World Class Latin American Food."
